A/B testing
Two variants, one winner — decided on results, not on which one someone in the room liked better.
01
What it does
Runs genuine variants of an asset against each other within a segment, tracks their performance, and promotes the winner while retiring the loser — automatically, on the metric the hypothesis named.
02
How it works
A test is a hypothesis with two or more tickets attached instead of one. The comparison itself produces the learning, which is often more valuable than either variant's raw result.
03
Why it compounds
A/B testing is the mechanism that turns opinion into evidence. Without it, "felt like the better headline" is the only available judgment; with it, there's a number.
